My name is Anne and I am the owner of Archie’s dog grooming salon. I am a fully trained, qualified & insured dog groomer based in Rochester, Kent and have a level 3 Diploma in dog grooming as well as Canine first-aid trained.

From a very young age I have always loved dogs and couldn’t think of anything better than spending every day with them, and it is due to this love that I decided to start my own business. I have always had dogs as part of my family and have named my business after my beautiful Cockapoo, Archie.

I work from home and have created a safe, calm and comfortable environment in my salon. I work with one dog at a time to build a positive relationship with your dog, treating them with the kindness and respect that all dogs deserve.

I pride myself on creating a positive relationship with my dogs and their owners and want my dogs to have a relaxing and stress-free time while at Archie’s. While working on your dog I will work to suit the needs of your dog especially dogs with any medical or health conditions and will adapt my process to ensure the dog is comfortable and happy. Having your dog groomed is an essential part of caring for your dog as it not only eliminates smells but is important for their health and happiness. I also work with Hownd products which are all ethically produced, cruelty-free certified and kind to the environment.

Here at Archie’s I offer a wide range of services such as full grooms, bath, brush and tidy, de-shed, hand strip, puppy groom, nail clipping, paw and nose balm treatments.

My service doesn’t end when you pick up your dog, I can offer advice with ongoing maintenance between grooms, this will help in many ways to keep your costs lower, keep your dog happier and your groomer a very happy lady. I only want the best for your dog. If you are a returning customer, I can offer nail trims between grooms free of charge.
